I can not say enough about Tracy and how helpful she was. She assisted me personally in finding a house to rent, while assisting my parents sell their house (which was sold very quickly and at more than the asking price I might mention). Tracy sold our home in Dexter and she sold it quickly and over asking price. She advised us on listing price based on the local market and helped us with negotiating multiple offers. She is pleasant and professional. When we had questions she was very responsive which reduced our stress level. She also spent time finding our son a rental.

"We really hope that Tracy is able to represent anyone who is in need of a good realtor. Unfortunately, this is not practical or humanly possible. This was our first ever home sale and fortunately we had Tracy. She of course did the usual stuff of preparing fancy pamphlets, publishing it to various websites, held open houses and other good stuff. But she did much more than that, beyond the call of duty. We picked up our stuff and left the home in Tracy's good hands. And Tracy got everything done. She got the house cleaned. She got the house repaired for minor repairs. She got the house painted. She got the lawn mowed. She even picked up sacks of decorative pebbles and put those in the yard. She even sold the lawn mower and snow blower that we had left behind since we were moving to an apartment far out west. She even worked with the home owners' association to take care of couple of other things (and handled some difficult personalities). And all that done while listing our house for sale as soon as 1 week after we left. In summary, we couldn't have asked for more than Tracy. We were her priority#1 or at least she made us feel that way. She herself told me ""Clients first, me later"" and she really lives that philosophy. If you are looking for a realtor, you can't go wrong with Tracy."

Will use again! No pressure sales consultant, very up on the market. We listed our home as a short sale and we have been very impressed with her experience and thoughtfulness in this sensitive situation. Very easy transaction and has gone very well. "Strictly hoping to grab a listing and do some searching on my own, I was introduced to Tracy at the Real Estate One office in Dexter. Tracy could sense my apprehensiveness in sitting down to provide an overview, but I'm glad I did. Tracy not only took the time to print some listings for me to go look at on my own, but followed up via e-mail to ask how else she could help., , I decided to engaged Tracy's help in looking for a home with my parents. After 40 years in Northern MI, my parents wanted to move closer to the Ann Arbor area. With limited knowledge of the market in the surrounding area, they were in for some sticker shock.
